Self-care is important.

We're all busy. 

So busy knocking things off our to-do lists and running from one commitment to the next that we rarely take time to properly care for ourselves, whether it be emotionally, physically, mentally or spiritually. Don't get me wrong – it's not bad to put others first, but we have to take care of ourselves if we want to have the energy and joy necessary to pour into those around us. Otherwise, we get burnt out.

So I'm inviting you to join me on a 30-day self-care challenge. Here's how it works: Once you register below, I'll email you once a week with 7 ways to care for yourself that week. These will range from simple things like taking a short walk to bigger challenges like treating yourself to a massage. Self-care is important, and this challenge is just a small step in doing something good for yourself.
